I went to the purchase page on the website and when I try to purchase Pamela Pro, it sends me to a website to pay for it but it shows Pamela Business (higher cost) which I do not want.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can someone get this corrected or am I doing something wrong when I click the button?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I have posted other questions related to video recording in the past. I actually was able to get it to work in many situations, and was feeling very confident. However, I tried recording an hour segment on a new computer with someone in a different city and ended up with a complete mess. One problem might have been that I expanded the size of the Skype window so that it would be more visible to a group (we attempted to use a Webcam set up for a multiperson video conference). The resulting file is sometimes green, sometimes shows part of the speaker twice, and part of the speaker 4 times. I also have no audio. I had done a short test right before with the new computer and one in my lab and had the Skype window at the standard size. This worked fine. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Has anyone else tried to use Skype/Pamela for a multi-person video conference and enlarged the window? I have no way of knowing if that caused the problem or if it was something else without doing further testing (maybe something having to do with the speaker's computer). In the meantime, I will have a very dissapointed client who was hoping to show this recording in future classes...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is your progress with looking at the variability appearing in the video conferencing recording feature? As I has written before, I bought this product specifically for this purpose. The tests I ran in the trial period worked fine...so I am dissapointed that we've bought Pamela Professional licenses and may not be able to use them. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If any of you have suggestions about other programs I can try, please reply as well. I podcast with three others in another country and I am the one who records our sessions. For whatever reason, my connection is slightly delayed (whether recording or not) and it sounds as though I'm in a tunnel while everyone else sounds perfectly normal. I can record myself (not in a conversation) and I'm crystal clear so it's not my microphone or my environment but the connection itself. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My problem is is that when I record our conversations, Pamela records through skype's in/out audio and so my voice is then delayed and a bad quality. We are willing to purchase this product if there is any possible way to record the others through skype and my voice through the microphone. Is there any way to change the settings to do this? I know it's not wholly impossible as we've used another recorder that was able to achieve this. We just really like Pamela's features more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I recorded a call and then stopped recording. The first recording turned out. In the same conversation I recorded another 6 minute clip and another 8 minute clip all under 7 megabytes. The second two recordings only play the first screen and the sound but the video does not continue. Are there any fixes for this or are the clips worthless?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I have the Professional version.  I have recorded a greeting for one of my SkypeIn numbers.  I have disabled Skype's voicemail.  When I call this number, I get the default greeting.  I have looked for answers in faqs and the forums.  I have rebooted my PC several times.  How can I get my recorded greeting and not the default greeting to be heard by my callers?  Thanks!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I have noticed that Pamela Call Recorder has a slight delay (maybe less than a second) before it starts recording a call.  I am trying to record my late father's voicemail greeting (it's one of the only recordings we have of his voice) but Pamela cuts off the beginning.  Is there any way to make it start recording sooner?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Hi there,&lt;br /&gt;I was wondering if there is a way to monitor the recording level for pamela while I'm recording my podcast? I notice there's a volume on my skype program, but it's usually all the way up. I have about 3 callers on the line when I record my podcast and in post production I have to boost the audio a bunch. Made a bad mistake and DELETED the bundled Pamela app with Skype. &lt;/span&gt;I no longer have either Pamela or the Version of Skype it came with since I upgraded. Then I deleted pamela just prior to purchasing the activation code. After realizing this I tried to do another download of Pamela, but the activation code is not valid in that!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline"&gt;I need a new activation code or a new install of the Pamela I once had.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why did I delete? The website said delete prior to the new install, &lt;span style="font-style: italic"&gt;but I deleted prior to the activation code purchase.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I paid $25 via pay pal and an initial email to support solved nothing!!! Hallo zusammen!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich habe mir die neueste Version des Pamela Call Recorders Professional heruntergeladen.&lt;br /&gt;Leider kann ich damit kein Video über Skype aufnehmen. Es wird zwar gemeldet, dass die Aufnahme gestartet wird, aber am Ende wurde nichts gespeichert. Manchmal nimmt er den Ton auf aber auch nicht immer. Die Verbindung zu Skype hat er hergestellt...&lt;br /&gt;Woran kann das liegen (am VCL-Player?)?&lt;br /&gt;Es wäre schön, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte  &lt;img src="./images/smilies/smile.png" alt=":)" title="Smile" /&gt; !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I went thru the Pamela-systems web site and I'm still confused.&lt;br /&gt;On the products page I see a very long list of features but on the download page &lt;br /&gt;I see a much shorter list with different features. And then there is a Pamela for skype.&lt;br /&gt;Which features will I get when using Pamela with skype inside media center?&lt;br /&gt;Is the call recorder a part of Pamela or it's another application that interfaces with Pamela?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daniel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Is there any reason why recording starts delayed at about 1 minute. &lt;br /&gt;Playing files and overall responce of my pamela pro is very slow. I have 2GB RAM Core2Duo 1.8GHZ processor and VISTA BUSINESS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any help appreciated&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've successfully installed the trial version of Pamela Professional. It's great being able to have seperate greetings for each SkypeIn number.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From time to time, I want to be able to access Pamela via a remote desktop connection. This works fine except that when I try to play a voicemail, the sound doesn't transfer to the client machine. This is wierd since if I locate the file in the voicemsg folder and play it using media player, I hear it fine. All other sounds are being transferred to the client machine. Only when I try to play a message from within Pamela does it not work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've tried setting the sound ouput in sound settings as Windows Sound Mapper and as the explicit source (rear audio output).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regards,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di11on&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Hi TK,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can't as this data is read from the users Skype profile settings. Some people do not set a country and/or language in their Skype profile, so it's empty.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps there should be an option to set this manually in Pamela?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
