Pamela tells me I can't activate because I have exceeded the number of allowed activations. How do I reset my activation counter?

Every license key can be activated three times. This is to prevent misuse of your license key.

We are happy to reset your counter. Just open a support request by clicking here and we will reset the counter. Make sure you include your activation code number or email address used for the purchase.
