This function is available in Pamela Basic, Standard, Professional and Business.

If you are using the Pamela Call Recorder bundled with Skype 3.0 this feature is not available and you must upgrade to any of the Pamela versions listed above.

Description

You can easily adjust the recording levels of your recordings. Some fine tuning might be required depending on your audio hardware and environment.

To adjust the microphone and/or speaker recording levels open the options in Pamela and click on "Call recording" and then on the tab "Additional". See screenshot below.

Then move the sliders left or right to increase or decrease the audio level. Note that we have taken a very fine scale which allows you to get the setting exactly right.
