What/who is Pamela-Systems?
Pamela-Systems started in December 2004 with the development of a productivity enhancement tool called Pamela. Version 1.0 was launched on February 16, 2005. Since then many updates and new releases have added more and more functionality to Pamela making it one of the most versatile and productive applications for Skype.
Pamela was one of the first add-on applications available for Skype at the time and was the first officially Skype certified software application.
Pamela is developed by a team of three developers based in Minsk, Belarus. Our headquarter is in Munich, Germany.
We are committed to not only producing a world-class add-on for Skype but also providing the best technical support. Our motto "An application is only as good as the support you get for it". For this reason we offer free support which consists of this FAQ system, an online tutorial, a forum and a helpdesk ticketing system. This ensures that, should you encounter any problems, we are nearby to assist you.
All of our customers have life long access to updates and upgrades and thus profit from the features we add and the bugs that are fixed.
