How do I install Pamela under Vista?
Pamela is compatible with Vista. However as the user management system is very different and much more complex, you need to make sure you install Pamela with administrator rights.
This is very important as otherwise the Pamela installer will not be able to access key areas of the operating system to correctly install Pamela.
Note that if you afterwards run Pamela in another user account, Pamela will ask you to re-activate the application. The reason for this is because Pamela creates user directories per user so that each user has its own private area where recordings, etc. are stored.
