Open the options and click on "Call recording", "Video recording". In the list of options you will see

Record entire desktop instead of Skype video window

Check that and close the options. After that Pamela will record a video of your entire desktop. This is perfect if you want to record a Powerpoint presentation with Skype. The audio of Skype if of course recorded as well.
