Fix for error "Unable to create convertor stream (Output file)"

There is a known issue with recording in MP3 and the setting "stereo". When this configuration is set (MP3 is default, stereo is set in the call recording options), you will see the following error when you try to record:

"Unable to create convertor stream (Output file)"

This can be fixed by changing the audio format of the recording to either WAV or OGG or reverting back to "mono" recording.

The audio format is changed by opening the options and clicking on "Advanced" and then "Sound".

We anticipate to fix this in the next release.
