When I change the language of Pamela, my chat message text is not changed. Why is this?

This is because some people have customized chat messages defined and these would then be gone once you change the language. Not so nice we thought! So instead, just click on the "Reset page to defaults" button and the default chat messages of the chosen language will be restored.
